The team behind Canopy Blue spans capital markets, agribusiness, marine science and Indigenous partnerships – each member bringing deep expertise to Australia’s emerging seaweed products industry.
With a decade of global seaweed experience – including seven years at a Dutch seaweed seed company – Joshua specialises in the intersection of science and business. Having supported operations worldwide, he has returned to Australia to lead Canopy Blue through its next stage of development.
Adam is a lawyer and founding director of the legal firm Price Sierakowski. He has over 20 years experience in legal practice, much of which he has spent as a corporate lawyer consulting and advising on a range of transactions to a variety of large private and listed public entities. He has advised and guided many companies undertaking IPO, RTO, fundraising and M&A activities in Australia and overseas. Adam has expertise in a variety of sectors including resources, technology, energy, biotech, agri/aquaculture, industrial, telecommunications and financial services.
James has over 20 years experience as a stockbroker, and is a is a specialist in capital raisings/advice for small capitalisation companies in biotech, agribusiness, aquaculture and natural resource sectors.
He is a Director of large private agribusinesses Cadogan Estates Australia and the Dardanup Butchering Company.
Nicki has over 15 years of experience working within the legal and corporate advisory area providing advice in relation to capital raisings, corporate and securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance. Nicki has held a number of Company Secretarial roles for ASX listed companies. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from the University of Western Australia.
As former Managing Director of ANZ Investment Bank, Greg brings over 25 years of distinguished M&A experience. His track record spans more than 100 successful transactions across acquisitions, divestments, IPOs, takeover defenses, and capital restructures for both domestic and multinational corporations. In 2017, Greg established Latitude Advisory, which together with Latitude Capital, specializes in private equity investments with a strategic focus on healthcare, particularly in radiology and allied health sectors.
